Demetrious ‘Mighty Mouse’ Johnson is a MMA fighter — and hardcore gamer

(CNN) — Demetrious Johnson is well known for his fast hands in the ring, however when the gloves come off his palms are pretty nimble as well.
“Mighty Mouse”Johnson left UFC to get ONE Championship in 2018 and as an element of his movement became the face of their new esports venture.
The prior UFC flyweight winner also has had a longstanding endorsement with Microsoft Xbox and is a Twitch streamer, a hardcore gamer.
“Esports as a whole has come on leaps and bounds from when it started,” Johnson told CNN Sport’s Patrick Snell.
“At the start, people were just like’no one’s going to watch somebody else play with video games. It is completely absurd. I’m not likely to get it done .’
“But now you have companies such as Twitch and Mixer that are creating so much earnings with advertisement revenue from such incredible streamer personalities.
“A lot of One Championship’s lovers are millennials and millennials adore gaming. I like gaming so that I was like’yeah I completely support this.'”
