The most backed horses on Day Three of the Ebor Festival

Stradivarius 4/9 — York 14:25

It’s no surprise punters are backing the superstar stayer to win his cup race in a row and in turn land his Stayers’ Million in as many years. He always seems to get enough every race and it’ll be no different today. He might not win by enormous distances, but he’s his job today shouldn’t pose any problems and a winning system. He’s beaten his rival on the marketplace, Dee Ex Bee, double in a row. Whilst there’s a weight swing today between them both, Stradivarius should have the time to watch off him and win on board with Frankie.
Threat – 2/1 — York 15:00
Fourteen visit post for this Group two race but punters are interested in one horse. Threat who was runner up in Royal Ascot at the Coventry is fancied to go one better . He’s got the form in the race punters are finding it hard to check past this two-year-old, and it is obvious. He ran into Golden Horne and the mightily impressive Arizona in his last two races and it doesn’t seem like some of his competitors are up to this standard now. He must have a lot too much to them and might move on to be a name .
Battaash — 9/4 — York 15:35
Ultimately, we have the speedster Battaash. On his day, he is exhilarating but also often he’s not in his very best. In the previous two versions of the Nunthorpe, he has develop a disappointing fourth. But, it sounds punters are delighted to forgive the Charlie Hills trained horse. His rival could be best suited to 6f rather than 5f and the briefer the better for Baattash. This has culminated in a lot of support for your own five-year-old and if he is at his scintillating best he will be quite difficult to oppose.
